All warranties are to the original purchaser (owner) from authorized Hilltop Hickory dealers only. Warranties are not transferable. You can fully expect our handcrafted interior home furniture to be enjoyed for generations to come. If a piece ever needs our attention, we will work with you the original owner and your retail dealer to restore it to its original quality under the terms and conditions of care listed in this booklet.
The warranty on your Hilltop Hickory interior home furniture covers any defects that occur with the furniture structure or wood materials. All hardwood contains variations in color and grain, which makes the characteristics unique to each wood species. Our finishing process is identical, but no two pieces will finish the same way.
Taking care of your furniture with recommended controlled interior heating, cooling and humidity is critical to achieving a lifetime of enjoyment that can be passed on to future generations. At Hilltop Hickory we understand our furnitures true life expectancy – and they hold a longer lifespan that the trees from which they originate.
NOTE: All materials used in the construction of Hilltop Hickory furniture are environmentally sustainable and CARB certified.

Although your Hilltop Hickory interior home furniture is built and finished to withstand years of use, proper care and maintenance guidelines below will ensure that it lasts for generations to come.
1. Avoidplacingyourfurnitureunderwindowsorin direct sunlight to prevent fading.
2. Extremechangesintemperatureorhumidity cause wood to contract or swell, so keep furniture away from radiators, heating/cooling vents and air conditioning units. Humidity must be 40-50% to prevent damage to hardwood furniture.
3. Usepadsorfeltunderplastic,rubber,hotdishes, drinks, bookends, vases or other décor to protect the finish.
4. Rotateitemsonyourfurniture’stopperiodicallyto prevent variations in color and avoid scratches by lifting items from the surface rather than dragging them.
5. Cleanupspillsimmediatelybyblottingwithasoft, absorbent cloth. Do Not Use anything with alcohol or acetone it can cause severe damage to the finish.
6. Dustfrequentlywithadry,soft,lint-freecloth, rubbing with the grain rather than against it.
7. Approximatelytwiceeachyear,polishyourfurniture with a polish containing detergents, emulsifiers and mineral oil using a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. Silicone cleaners and waxes are not recommended.
