Sunrise Cabinets - Who We Are
Marion & Ruby Shrock thought they were just remodeling their home in 1992, but Marion's creativity throughout the project was noticed by his friends and they encouraged him to develop that creativity.
A hardworking individual, Marion began building custom cabinets
in his garage in 1994 while still working full time at an RV factory. In 1995, he quit his factory job and formally started Sunrise Cabinets.
The first few years were rough for the Shrocks, but their neighbors helped out and the business slowly grew. So did the family's passion for woodworking and eventually all three of Marion & Ruby's sons began working in the family business. The economic crash of 2008 forced the company to diversify and they began building heirloom quality bedroom furniture. Over time the furniture line expanded and the company no longer makes cabinets.
From the beginning, Sunrise Cabinets has been a family oriented business where its employees can learn, grow, and improve their skills. Marion & Ruby's sons, Larry, Norman, and DeWayne currently handle most of the day-to-day operations and love working with their team on the production floor as well as designing new furniture styles.
Over the years Sunrise Cabinets has grown immensely and the family credits their success to their loyal customers. The company strives to always make their customers their number one priority and to provide the quality furniture and service that has made Sunrise Cabinets what it is today.
