8Warranty is activated the day of dealer pick up.(Your dealer may request the original sales receipt for any warranty requests.)In the occasion that your furniture is malfunctioning, please relay the problem to the dealer from whom you purchased this product. Quality Fabrications is committed to customer care in all areas and will repair any problems covered by our warranty policy at no charge. When contacting your dealer we recommend you ask if there will be any pick up, shipping and/or re-delivery charges.Fiber Filled Backs:All back cushions that are filled with blown fiber filling will naturally lose resilience from normal use and cannot be warranted against softening and flattening of fibers. We recommend occasional fluffing of each cushion to ensure the best comfort. Flattening and softening of blown fiber fill is considered normal wear.Areas of Importance: With the beauty of natural materials used to build our hand-made pieces of heirloom furniture, you may see some minor variations in color from piece to piece or in store samples, even printed materials or internet displays, and will not be under warranty coverage.No furniture is warranted under the use of any pets, improper care such as negligence, exposure to sunlight, improper cleaning, commercial use, chemical reactions to finishes or fabric.In the event of resale or recover, all warranties are deemed non-applicable.Warranty InformationWarranted Item Parts LaborHardwood Frames - Warrants all frames against warping or breakage.
