The photos below are examples of what can happen to a table with humidity changes. This is not a defect, it is the result of natural movement in wood. Please see page 23 for more information regarding wood movement.
The photo above is the result of too low humidity, creating a gap at the ends of the joints. If the humidity is too high, the table will gap at the center of the joints.
